I have been involved in purchasing, sale and leasing of agriculture and residential properties since 1981. After serving the community for over 30 years, I have developed a reputation of being tenacious, providing superior performance and having an unmatched work ethic. Along with extensive experience of handling clients’ affairs through the California probate process, I have shared my knowledge of the real estate industry as a REALTOR™ since 2016. Whether listing, selling or in need of estate representation, it will be my intent to effectively represent your interest and achieve a smooth escrow. I have managed the Fresno County Public Administrator’s Office; whose sole focus was to administer estates through the California probate courts. I have secured designation through the National Association of Realtors as a Senior Real Estate Specialist, and certification through the Public Administrator/Public Guardian/Public Conservator Association, which is the highest level of public administrator certification in the State of California. Overseeing more than 500 estates, I supervised a team of sworn deputies who were responsible for handling estate affairs, which included financial management, estate disposal, and managing/selling commercial and residential properties.
